30-Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only

At AirVana, we want you to feel fully confident in your purchase.
However, as our product is an electrical appliance, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened, plugged in, or used in any way.

We offer a 30-day return policy only for items that are brand new, unused, and remain sealed in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Return

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned directly to them.

How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at office@airvana-iron.com with the subject line: “Return”.

  2. Include your order number (e.g. #XXXX).

  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Warranty & Claims

All AirVana products undergo strict quality control.
If you experience an issue caused by a manufacturing or material defect, we’re here to help.

Your product is covered by a 60-day limited warranty, applicable only to defects occurring under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email office@airvana-iron.com with the subject line: “Claim”.

  2. Include:

    • A brief description of the issue and how it occurred.

    • Your order number (e.g. #XXXX).

    • Photos or a short video clearly showing the problem.

  3. Our support team will review your claim and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
